after`math.

my lordy lou! what a night we had over here at potentially nervous. i didn't really think anyone was going to see it since it was such late notice and all. turns out quite a few people watched us fumble our way through the navigation of the technicalities of posting a live bit online. i couldn't figure out how to turn it off so i had to delete it.

people were commenting on the live feed that i thought were you, my regulars. turns out they weren't as tfangel confirmed he was not crazy ivan! who the heck was crazy ivan then??? peggy?? was that peggy with the cats that i've grown to think of as a friend or another peggy that likes orange glass?? then there was annie! a first time commentor who wanted to see a green piece of glass, i totally missed that!!! i can send you some images of it along with dimensions if you would like to see it better.

somehow i deleted a comment i have no idea how, or what that was all about. i don't know if any of the commentors that were there through the live mogulus channel knew about PN the blog or know how to get to 'here'. i should have made that clear. i think i even missed some comments from some other people who were interested in glass pieces so if you were trying to find out more about glass and i missed your comment when we were broadcasting i'm so sorry. please contact me again so i can see what you may be inquiring about.

the little screen that i could see was about an inch big and it was four feet away. so maybe we'll have a do-over with better lighting and more notice and more freedom for fats to do his thing...poor little guy wasn't able to strut his stuff but instead just sat there getting pet and eating dandelions. he was pretty revved up afterwards and has been for days now, i hope that he's just super happy and not having some weird reaction to the pain killer he's on! we are getting lots of great advice and i have to sift through it all to see where we're at with what feels the most appropriate for him. there's a special bunny tonic in the mail...thank you kathy and evonne!! and thank you all of you else too!

everything's better with a bunny...especially music videos.

everything's better with a bunny...i know it, you know it, and chase does too.

this was 'backstage' for a very different kind of music video shoot. while nuage was getting ready for THAT video, this one was shot as a behind the scenes sort of thing...thanks amy! while watching the footage, chase pierson, of mechanical bull, soundvisionsyndicate.com, hillbillyhousemusic not to mention the singer, songwriter AND the director... liked it with his song stephine.

nuage is hoping that if we give mr. pierson a bunch of credit then someday he will start giving nuage a little. ; ). nuage was also on the first album cover for mechanical bull. perhaps the controversy surrounding his pick of a rabbit for the front cover made crediting nuage too awkward?....well what's your excuse this time big guy??? they've been referred to as the tenacious D of country/western music and if you enjoy clever irreverence you'll HEART mechanical bull...pick yourself up a copy! here's their myspace page:

http://www.myspace.com/mechanicalbullpen

while you're there follow the trail to chase's songwriting page too. a few more fun facts, besides writing songs and doing music videos, chase is a brilliant documentarian covering all sorts of serious subject matter from the fall of civilization to finding fats. check him out, google him....do whatever you have to he's a genius and a very mischievous man, who can resist those?!

p.s. neither nuage nor i are stephnie. so don't think the sadness of this song has anything to do with fats!

Who's killing the bunnies at San Jose's Easterbrook school?
Help is on the way for the bunnies dumped at Moreland Woods next to San Jose's Easterbrook Discovery School.
Someone has offered to pay for the liability insurance Moreland Elementary School District had requested before they agreed to let rabbit rescuers onto the property to trap the abandoned rabbits and Easter bunnies that have proliferated over the years.
"We now have to get the insurance agreement firmed up," said Dana Taylor, assistant superintendent for business and support services, who received the proposed insurance agreement from rescuers Thursday. "We want to move this as quickly as possible."
Taylor said district officials are asking rescuers to hold off on taking any more rabbits until the insurance is in place. That includes the area inside Moreland Woods, Easterbrook school grounds and sports field.
"For the safety of the rabbits, community and district, the district will have a security patrol in place in the interim until the (trapping) program can begin," she said in a statement released Thursday evening. "We are hoping that everything will be in place by mid-next week and that the project can begin at that time."
Insurance had been a huge stumbling block to rescuing all of the bunnies dumped at the fenced 1.5-acre site. The issue became more serious when people started noticing dead and injured bunnies in the woods. Some residents said they had confrontations with men who let their dogs chase and kill the

bunnies. Others said two bunnies were shot and killed by teenagers with pellet guns.
District officials said they have repeatedly repaired holes that people made in the fence around the woods to gain access. The area was secured on Thursday afternoon and about a dozen rabbits were sitting quietly under the trees, one with a chunk of carrot in its mouth.
Because they weren't allowed on the property, rabbit advocates had been throwing bunches of carrots and other food over the top of the fence. There is no grass for them inside the fence.
Over the last few days, rescuers have been able to trap 43 rabbits outside the fence as the bunnies came out in search of food. They've all been placed in foster homes and there is a need for many more people willing to care for the bunnies until they're ready for adoption.
When the insurance agreement is signed, rabbit rescuers will coordinate efforts inside Moreland Woods to try to humanely trap the rest of the bunnies.
"We can't trap any more until we find more foster homes," said Marcy Schaaf, founder of the Marin County-based SaveABunny. "These are valuable companion animals. It isn't OK to dump them here."

zzzzzzzzz.....the end.

i discovered the nibbs after a lovely couple in san francisco contacted me last week about our situation. meave the female counterpart of this pair did a real nice post on http://vegansaurus.com/ hmmm, where are all the w's? anyway what a great site that is. everyone should check it out including their great vegan photos on the rest of their flickr site too. i bet you'll be inspired to go out there and hunt some tofu afterwards.

a word of caution: do not look at these scrumptious vegan photos if you are hungry, if you do, you will not be able to think about bunny videos. lord knows you need to be able to think if you are going to watch bunny videos!

surprise ending! i'm not going to give it away but i've heard he survived and was not harmed in the least. i also found out that the door on the nibby's cage is never shut! yay!!! vive le' nib. you'll notice the nibeo is conspicuously quiet and void of any sort of bunny narration. if only i could do the same, i gave up trying long ago. but rest assured this is one funny fellow behind that outstretched arm and he's kept me in stitches in the darkest hours here. my profound thanks. this irresistible toy has a little nickel in it, so go on ya'll, make your own, you too can have this much fun. recently they graduated to the chase game....what? you mean you don't play the chase game? in depth instructions available upon request.

"bad idea" why? think pavlov.

poor little fatty, as if it isn't bad enough getting disappointed by a container that is the accoustic equivalent of almond container full of cranberries, but to announce to you all that he's getting upstaged by a teensy little pip squeak of a nibblybits? maybe let's not comment on this one, maybe pretend you didn't see it all. he's also still having a hard time laying down, as you can see but i like that he's still so raring' to go.

is this lynchian enough for you?

we love sequels, "more fun with antibiotics" OR "bunny burritos, eat your hearts out!"

you asked for it, you got it! the beginning taste of "fats fest"! don't let the snoring fool ya.

by sun up tomorrow morning east coast time you will have more fats videos then you know what to do with.
