some of you may or may not know, but there has been a streak of bad luck in this house of buns. without getting into it too much, let's just say that d. moll has not only come to the rescue! but she has also sent a pink armadillo!
i wanted to honor this gift by posting an image of it with a bunny or two, but that isn't going to be happening anytime soon i'm afraid. as D pointed out recently, my bunnies live in a bubble....no truer words were ever typed.
then i thought to take a video so that i could maybe grab a still. seemed easy enough. i was quickly corrected. nuage is so 'protective' (insert a euphamistic 'ahem' here) of bells he wouldn't even let the armadillo come anywhere near his precious companion.
not unlike when ms. riso tried to bring bells a stuffed animal all the way from new caledonia, it's just not couth. sorry ladies, but we've got our own emily post over here! and the regular rules do not apply.

Forlorn little Bells! Longingly looking out of his castle window at the big, bad world. And yet, it's Rapunzel who is his captor. *dramatic sigh*
what's important is that nuage (and bells?)have choices. that's right, they can choose. d moll is da bomb.
LOL, pink Armadillos are too weird for Nuage!!!! Give him and Bells some kisses from me.
Those armadillos get around!
